5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and having good time with Carolyn.

5:15 pm: Dinner: salmon with rice, dry tomatos, mashroms, spinach and broccolli

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:10 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96.9

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 73

7:00 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, very small formed bowel mowement. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:00 am - new time 3:00 am

Light diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light diaper, very small formed bowel mowement. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
