4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in recliner and watching shows. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:50 pm: dinner : veggie pie

Maureen was coughing few times.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE strawberry and kiwi yogurt.

6:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes. Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

7:20 pm: asleep.
