4:00 pm: fruits snack

Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching her favorites shows.

6:00 pm: We transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner prepared by Carolyn: fajita casserole chicken tortilla shells. Maureen enjoyed very much:)

She was coughing twice during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:35 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 75

8:00 pm: asleep
