June 6, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner receiving a treatment from Sister Roberta.

• 4:20pm Maureen’s diaper is now wet. We took her to bed using the Hoyer lift. Cleaned thoroughly and put on a new diaper. No redness observed. Returned to the recliner afterwards.

• 6:10pm Maureen’s diaper is dry and we proceed to get ready for dinner.

• 6:25pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate all of her beef and cheese croissant and vanilla shake. Maureen also had half a cup of water.

• Maureen was leaning left and forward throughout her meal and needed the assistance of the green wedge pillow to sit somewhat upright.

• 7:23 Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:35pm Maureen continues to lean forward so we decided it is time for bed. Using the Hoyer lift, we transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper is wet, cleaned and changed to a fresh diaper. No redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
