3:45 pm: Julie, the nurse, visited Maureen.

Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner.

4:30 pm: Maureen started watching TV.

5:30 pm: Maureen breathed for 10 minutes using a nebulizer.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet plus small soft bowel movement. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: sloppy joe prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed it very much :)

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

Tommy visited Maureen and brought shakes :)

6:45 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with peach shake. Maureen loved it.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 76

8:00 pm: asleep
