4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV. Barbara visited Maureen :)

5:00 pm: Dinner: tomato pasta with meatballs, full cup of water

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Barb and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet, medium formed BM

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Oxygen: 91

Heart Rate: 61

7:00 asleep.
