  • 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner. She is enjoying a bowl of freshly cut fruit.

  • 5:10pm Dinner - salmon, cauliflower, potatoes, cup of water.

  • 5:55pm Administered 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce and 12.5mL Vimpat.

  • 6:00pm Oral care.

  • 6:30pm We headed to the bedroom. Transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is medium wet - Tom and I performed a clean and change. Applied a layer of Cavilon barrier cream to the perineal area and the sacral area. Applied moisturizing lotion to arms, hands, and legs. Vicks applied to chest. Maureen is lying on her left side.

  • Vitals @ bedtime: Temp 97.9, pulse 69, O2 96%.

  • The pressure ulcer on Maureen's sacrum is healing. I see a layer of healthy, new, pink-colored skin in the area. Scabs have started to form over the area. Compared from previous pictures, it has also decreased in size.
