June 22, 2022, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching shows.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen: the diaper was very wet. Medium/large formed bowel movement.

Applied Cavilon lotion.

We decided not to give her the suppository.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Lasagna, garlic bread.

Maureen liked it very much.

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 98.2

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 64

8:00 pm: asleep
