4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the living room and watching TV.

5:50 pm: We headed to the bedroom. We changed Maureen: the diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:05 pm: Dinner: Lasagna, Italian Cheese Bread

Maureen liked it very much.

Maureen was coughing only two times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 73

8:00 pm: asleep
