4:00 Maureen was sitting in the recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Changed and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: casserole with ham, spinach, cheese and corn, prepared by Carolyn :)

Four times coughing.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: Transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 72

8:0 p.m.: asleep
