6:30 am: Maureen is sleeping on her left side.

7:30 am: Maureen is still sleeping.

8:30 am: Maureen opens her eyes from time to time and falls back asleep. Sleeps peacefully.

8:40 am: Maureen is waking up.

8:45 am: We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00 am: We wasched and changed Maureen. The diaper was dry. Noticed the red spots on her sacrum area (is there since before yesterday). We applied Cavilon barrier and Cavilon cream.

Transferred Maureen to kitchen for breakfast.

9:30 am: breakfast:

Smoothie, 1/2 kiwi, 8 oz of prune juice and 1/4 cup of Miralax, water.

9:45 am: Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

We reclined the chair down one level.

10:05 am: Morning oral care.

10:10 am: Eyes wash and eye drops.

10:15 am: Facial routine. 10:30 am: Maureen is snoozing.

We reclined the chair down two levels.

11:00: am: We transferred Maureen to bed for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet and medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed her.

Maureen will lie on her right side starting at 11:10 am.

12:10 pm: the diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her.

12:25 pm: we transfered Maureen to the kitchen for lunch

12:30 pm: Lunch: veggie soup, seafood salad, carrots. Vanilla yougurt for desert.

12:55 pm: Oral Care

We reclined the chair down one level.

Maureen was resting in the Geri chair.

2:00 pm: We transfered Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. She will lie on her left side starting at 2:15 pm: the second break.

3:10 pm: the diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her.

3:20 pm: we transfered Maureen to the living room.

Tommy visited Maureen.

3:30 frits snack.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her water via swab. 9:40AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothy
