  • 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. She is very talkative and all smiles today.

  • 6:00pm Maureen’s pull-up is now wet. We took her to the bathroom but she did not urinate anymore. There was some fecal residue during perineal care. No redness observed. We put on a fresh pull-up after.

  • 6:15pm Maureen had a fantastic dinner courtesy of Carolyn. Salmon, asparagus, potatoes, and mango salad. She also drank one cup of water. Maureen needed the green wedge pillow to sit upright for the the whole meal and was drooling excessively towards the end.

  • 7:15pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

  • 7:45pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, cleaned thoroughly and still had some fecal residue. Put on a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
