June 15, 2021, Swingshift Update

3:45 pm: Julie - a nurse visited Maureen.

Maureen was relaxing in her chair in the living room. After Julie left Maureen started watch TV. She was enjoying a reese's chocolate peanut butter cup:)

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in her bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Shepherd Pie ( beef, veggie, potatos ). Maureen liked it very much.

She was coughing five times during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with delicious peach shake. Tommy came and brought shakes :) Maureen enjoyed very much :)

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Very large soft bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 91

Heart Rate: 71
