9:00 am: Maureen is awake.

Coughing: 2 times

Suction: 2 time

A lot of flame

Sheryl gave her few sips of water by swap

Maureen went back to sleep.


9:55 am: Maureen is awake again.

We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with pear sauce and thickener.

6 oz of water with lemon and thickener


10:15 am: Me and Sheryl washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Dry diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.


We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her right foot.

We washed her left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity spray.


We washed her hair.


Coughing- No

10:50 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.


11:00 am: Nebulizer/Albuterol


11:15 am: Scrambled egg with tomato and cheese. Some fresh avocado.


Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with pear souce and thickener.

Administered 40 ml Geri-Tussin with thickener.


Coughing- 4 times.

Section - 3 time.

Sneezing- 2 times


12:00 pm: Oral care.

Face routine.


12:20 pm: NAP - 1:45 pm


2:00 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom .

Dry diaper.


2:15 pm: rest brake.


3:05 pm: Dry diaper.

We transferred Maureen to the living room.


3:20 pm: Nebulizer/ Albuterol


3:35 pm: banana bread

10 oz of sprinkle water with thickener


Coughing: 5 times

Suctioning: 4 times

Sneezing: 2 times


4:45 pm: Dinner: Orange Chicken with rice

2 oz of water with thickener.


Administred: 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with pear sauce with thickener.

Administered 30 ml Geri-Tussin with thickener.


5:30 pm: Oral care.


5:55 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper. Medium brown discharge.

Cleaned and changed. Administered Prevent Silicone Cream.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Wednesday July 15,2026 Daytime Update

Thi is Tom’s Update: 6:30am - Maureen coughed to where she couldn’t catch her breath again, I suctioned out some phlegm. I got her sitting up in bed, seemed to help, she was able to accept a few swabs

 
 
 
July 13, Monday, Day Update

9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping. 10:00 am: still sleeping. 10:15 am: Carolyn and Shelly (the nurse) visited Maureen. BP 102/68 Temperature - 98 Pulse - 75 Lungs are bowel sounds are good. Instructions: -
