9:00 - just opened her eyes, no signs of distress … accepted a couple swabs of water, two coughs, one suction

9:30 am: Maureen is awake.
9:45 am: Few sips of water by swap.
We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with pear sauce and thickener.

10:05 am: We washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.
Dry diaper. Small brown discharge.
Cleaned and changed.
Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.
We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her right foot.
We washed her left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity spray.

10:55 am: Scrambled egg with tomato and cheese. Some banana. Some kiwi.
Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with pear souce.
Administered 40 ml Geri-Tussin with thickener.
2 oz of prune juice with thickener.
Coughing- 4 times.
