June 14, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. She is talkative and responsive.

• 5:16pm Mauree’s pull-up is now wet. We took her to bed using the Hoyer lift to change. No redness seen, no bowel movement, new diaper put on. We returned to the recliner afterwards.

• 6:00pm Dinner time, Maureen ate all of her fried chicken and slaw and had one and a half cups of water. Maureen was leaning to her left side throughout the meal and needed the green wedge pillow to sit upright.

• 7:31pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:45pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is slightly wet, cleaned thoroughly and put on a new diaper. No redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
