June 13, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner enjoying her bowl of fruit.

• 4:19pm Maureen told us she needed to use the bathroom. Maureen‘s diaper is dry. She urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. No redness seen. We put on a new pull-up and returned to the recliner.

• 6:14pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate 100% of her fried chicken, fries, broccoli cheese, and slaw. She also had one cup of water and a slice of lemon cake for dessert.

• 7:19pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:52pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, changed to a new diaper. No redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
