June 12, 2022 Daytime Update

8:00am Maureen is asleep

8:15am Maureen is waking up

8:25am Maureen is awake. The diaper was medium wet, we changed it and applied 3M products

8:40am Bed bath.

8:55am We headed to the kitchen

9:05am A half of thyroid pill with an applesauce

9:10am Breakfast. A banana, scrambled eggs with an onion, turkey and cheese. A cup of prune juice an water. Maureen was really chatty and joyful, she enjoyed her breakfast.

9:55am A blood pressure and an allergy pills with an applesauce

10:00am Oral and Facial Care

10:15am Maureen is sitting in reclined Geri chair. She snoozed off for a little bit

10:55am Maureen had a half of red velvet donut

11:15am Deacon Andy came over with the communion

11:30am Rest Period 1. The diaper was medium wet. Maureen is relaxing in her bed.

12:30pm Rest Period 1 ended. The diaper was wet, the bowel movement was small and formed. We headed to the kitchen.

12:55pm Lunch time. A tuna toast with tomato and potato salad. A cup of coconut water. She was really chatty

1:40 pm Oral Care

2:05 pm We headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet, the bowel movement was very small and formed.

2:15pm Rest Period 2. The diaper was medium wet, the bowel movement was very small and formed.

3:05pm Rest period ended. The diaper was medium wet and the bowel movement was medium and formed. We headed to the living room

3:15pm Sister Roberta came over to give Maureen a therapeutic session

4:45pm Fruit bowl

5:05pm Sister Roberta left; Maureen was really calm and chatty

5:10pm Maureen is sitting in the living room and watching her favorite shows

6:00pm We headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Next, we went to the kitchen.

6:25pm Dinner time. A chicken with broccoli, a cup of water.

7:00pm Olanzapine with applesauce, 7.5mL of Vimpat.

7:05pm Oral Care

7:15pm Chair wash,we applied vicks on her chest, we changed her shirt and headed to the bedroom.

7:40pm The diaper was medium wet. We applied 3M products

8:00pm Maureen was really tired and fell asleep.
