4:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:30pm: Nebulizer treatment with saline.

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Mac

Maureen was enjoying. She didn’t cough but took her longer to chew the food. She left Broccoli, was to hard to chew.

8 oz of water with lemon.

6:00 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
