4:00pm Maureen is in the recliner receiving a treatment from Sister Roberta.
4:26pm Maureen had a seizure in the recliner while working with Sister Roberta. Promptly turned Maureen on her left side, and waited for it to pass. It lasted approximately 25 seconds actively and another 9 minutes before Maureen was calm and asleep.
4:37pm Maureen’s vitals at this time:
BP 128/82
Pulse 86
O2 95%
4:50pm it is important to note Maureen’s pulse went down to a range of 50-54 beats per minute for approximately 45 seconds.
4:52pm-5:14pm Maureen went through periods of calm and agitation during this time. Pulse is 121 and O2 is 96%.
5:38pm Maureen is slightly moving but calm and asleep.
5:58pm Maureen’s pull-up is now heavily wet, seeping through her shorts and into the pad. We opted to change her to a new diaper in the recliner. No redness observed.
6:09pm Maureen is now sound asleep in the recliner.
7:32pm Maureen continues to sleep in the recliner.
8:13pm Given Maureen’s condition, we decided to help her in to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is dry. No redness observed. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
Maureen did not have her usual dose of OLANZAPINE or VIMPAT.
