3:45: Julie - the nurse visited Maureen.

Maureen was relaxing in the recliner.

4:30 She started watching TV.

5:50 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Changed and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:10 pm: Dinner: beef muffins with brocolli and cheese prepared by Carolyn, Maureen was enjoying very much.

Three times coughing.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:25 pm: Transfered Maureen to her bed. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 74

7:50 p.m.: asleep
