June 1, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner watching tv.

• 5:02pm Maureen is now wet. Tom and I took Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Cleaned thoroughly and changed to a new diaper. No redness seen. Back to day chair using the Hoyer lift.

• 5:18pm Took Maureen outside using the chair lift. Maureen is up in the day chair sitting comfortably with safety belt and footrests in place.

• 6:06pm Dinner time. Maureen ate all of her hot dogs and potato salad and had two cups of water. Minimal coughing throughout and Maureen sat upright.

• 7:00pm We brought Maureen back inside using the chair lift.

• 7:11pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 8:02pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is dry. No redness seen. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
