4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: Headed Maureen to the bedroom: very wet diaper, cleaned and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: hotdog, potato salad

Maureen did cough during the dinner - two times.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with 1/2 chocolate pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: Headed Maureen to the bedroom: medium wet diaper, cleaned and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 71

7:55 pm: asleep
