4:00pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Fajita Casserole - chicken, peppers, peas, beans, tomatos, 3/4 cup of water.

Maureen coughed five times.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97,9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 78

7:00 asleep.
