2:30 pm: Tom and me transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break.

Diaper was medium wet.

Small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed her.

We placed her to the right side.

3:30 pm: 2nd rest break ended.

Diaper was dry.

Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:50 pm: Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).

4:30 pm: Nebulizer treatment with saline.

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: norwegian salmon with mashed potatos and zucchini with tomatos, onions and cheese.

Maureen did not cough.

10 oz of water

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
