4:15 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching TV.

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: shepherd pie prepared by Carolyn :)

Maureen was not coughing during the dinner today.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

8:00 pm: asleep
