July 13th, 2022, Wednesday, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. She was enjoying a reese's chocolate peanut butter cup:)

4:30 pm: The nurse Lily visited Maureen. She was short, less than 10 minutes. Basic check. She said everything was normal.

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: We transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: chicken fajita prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen was coughing six times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 66

8:00 pm: asleep
