4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching TV.

5:20 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: Me and Djon transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: chicken fajita prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

7:50 pm: asleep
