4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

The diaper was dry.

4:45 pm: dinner: chicken, rice/ veg casserole

1/2 cup of water.

5:30 pm: BP: 98/70 P: 66

5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 68

6:50 pm: asleep.
