4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

5:00 pm: nebulizer: saline solution and Albuterol

5:30 pm: 20 ml Robafen

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : dinner: shephard pie prepaid by Carolyn :)

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:45 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouse.

7:00pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:25 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,9

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 94

Her hands and feet were very cold

7:35 pm : asleep.

Maureen had eyes closed all evening
