9:30 am: Maureen is awake. She is laying comfortably on her right side.

Tom gave her few sips of water via swab.

9:45 am: We placed Maureen in an upright position.

Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:00 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

The diaper was dry. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10:35 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 11 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

10:50 am : Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, tomato and onion. Banana.

Maureen had 10 oz prune juice .

11:25 am: Oral care.

11:35 am: Face routine.

12:15 - 1:15 pm: Maureen took a nap.

1:20 pm: Lunch: a bowl of chicken soup,

11 oz Sparkling water

1:45 pm: Oral care.

1:55 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

We position to face her right side.

3:05 pm: Rest break is over.

Dry diaper.

Transferred to the front room.

3:20 pm: 3 oz of water

watermelon and banana - fruit snack.

4:30 pm: Dinner: beef/tomato pasta

8 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
