4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

4:30 pm: nebulizer treatment with Albuterol

5:30 pm: nap

5:50 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm : dinner: chicken, potatos, broccolli

Maureen coughed only ones during the dinner.

Tommy visited Maureen.

7:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouse.

7:10 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned her and applied Cavilon lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 73

7:40 pm : asleep.
