4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing the recliner and watching the TV.

4:45 pm: Carolyn visited Maureen :)

5:00 pm: Dinner: pork, nudles and sauerkraut

Maureen enjoyed very much. She coughed only two times during the dinner.

Tommy visited Maureen :)

6:15 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:35 pm: Evening oral care.

6:55 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very heavy. Small/Medium formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 65
