10:40 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:45 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:55 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

11:15 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 11 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

11:30 am: Breakfast: waffle with butter and jelly, some banana

Maureen had 6 oz of apple juice and 4 oz of coffee.

12:05 pm: Oral care.

12:15 pm: Face routine.

12:25 pm: Nebulizer treatment/ Albuterol

1:15 pm: Lunch: Bowl of chicken/potatos/red peppers soup, avocado

14 oz Sparkling water

1:45 pm: Oral care.

2:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

We position to face her right side.

3:15 pm: Rest break is over.

Dry diaper.

Transferred to the front room.

3:40 pm: fruit snack: watermelon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.
