9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:05 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:15 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

B/P: 107/69

10:25 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

The diaper was dry. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10:40 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 9 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

11:00 am: Breakfast: Scrambled egg with tomato, cheese and onion.

Maureen had 8 oz of apple juice and 4 oz of coffee.

11:40 am: Oral care.

11:45 am: Face routine.

12:00 pm: Nebulizer treatment/ Albuterol

12:15 pm- 1:00 pm: Nap

1:15 pm: Lunch: Turkey salad, avocado, beets

11 oz Sparkling water, 3 oz of water with lemon

1:50 pm: Oral care.

2:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Very wet diaper. XL formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

We position to face her right side.

3:20 pm: Rest break is over.

Medium wet diaper. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Transferred to the front room.

3:40 pm: watermelon and apple - fruit snack.

4:45 pm: Dinner: chicken, potatos and mix veggie.

11 oz of water with lemon.

5:40 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
