January 27, Swing shift update

4:00pm Maureen just finished eating her fruit snack and we’re so happy to hearing her said OMG with her first bite. She’s resting confortable in her recliner. Her friend Barb is here with her.
4:20pm MaIrene is snoozing in her recliner.
5:00pm Dinner: baked tuna noodles and vegetables, cup lemon water. Coughed once during dinner and once after. Maureen had her eyes mostly closed during dinner - she ate well though.
6:10pm 12.5ml Vimpact followed by 5mg Olanzapine with parfait administered.
6:20pm Oral care.
6:45pm Tom and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned md wet diaper, applied 3m barrier cream. Then we cleaned her upper body using warmed purple wipes, applied Vicks to her chest and neck and cetaphil to her legs.
7:15pm Vitals: Temp: 96.6, HR: 66, O2: 96.
7:20pm Positioned on her left side Maureen goes to sleep.
