January 26, Swing shift update

• 4:00pm Maureen is resting confortable in her recliner washing tv.

• 4:20pm Maureen is finally resting her eyes.

• 5:00pm Dinner: chili, guacamole, lemon water. Coughed twice, used pump once, Maureen was holding the water. She fell asleep right after dinner.

• 6:15pm administered 12.5ml Vimpact, then 5mg Olanzapine with parfait.

• 6:50pm Oral care.

• 7:00. We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I cleaned and changed heavy wet diaper, applied 3m cream and nystatin to abdominal fold and red spot by her right ribs. Performed upper body wash with warmed purple wipes and applied Vicks to her neck and chest area, cetaphil to her legs and feet.

• 7:30pm We positioned Maureen for the night on her left side with the help of the two green wedges. She was asleep since we got her to bed.

• Vitals: pulse: 67, O2: 96.

• 7:35pm Maureen wake up and was showing signs of a posible episode, moving arms and leg, semi-closed hand, but thankful she didn’t. Her pulse never went up even though her right arm and leg keep moving a little for about 10 minute.

• 7:50pm Maureen is asleep now.
