4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV

5.30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom

Very wet diaper, small soft bowel movement. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

5:45 pm: Dinner: pork, cauliflower rice and corn

Maureen was coughing few times during the dinner

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and

5mg OLANZAPINE with lime yogurt

6:40 pm: 20 ml cough syrop

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:15 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Nystatin in the lower abdomen. And we put on a gauze pad.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

7:30 pm:

Temp: 97.9,

Oxygen: 99,

Hear Rate: 66,

7:40 pm: asleep
