4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.
Maureen coughed three times. We had to use suction machine.
5:00pm: dinner: salmon, spinach and macaronii and cheese., apple souce.
5:30 pm: nap
6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.
6:15 pm : 20 ml Robafen.
6:25 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with jello.
6:45 : Evening oral care.
Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.
7:05 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.
Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.
Temperature: 97,8
Oxygen: 96
Heart Rate: 75
7:20 pm : asleep
8:20pm Maureen started moving around, we both came to her. She was breathing fine but then her eyes opened wide, the beginning signs of an episode. The pulse oximeter was put on her index finger, pulse was 94 and oxygen was at 98.
8:25pm I administered.1ml of LORAZAPAM, we stayed at her side trying to calm her down.
8:30pm pulse rose to 130 and oxygen stayed around 96, I administered another .1ml, under the tongue … her pulse came down to mid 90’s range within about 3 minutes. She is resting comfortably.
As this episode began, we heard Maureen pushing, we waited until she was safely back with us and Joanna changed her.
8:40pm Maureen was cleaned and changed from a light wet and medium formed and hard BM, diaper. Upon finishing the change, Maureen was put on her right side, sleeping comfortably.
