January 15, Thursday, Day time continues

3:00 pm: Rest break is over.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Transferred to the front room.

3:15 pm: 2 oz of water

Fruit snack: watermelon and apple. Jello.

4:30 pm: Dinner: Chicken/broccoli pasta.

7 oz of water with lemon.

5:10 pm: Administered 1 tab of 500mg Ciprofloxacin (crushed) with apple sauce.

5:40 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

O2-97

P-69

6:25 pm: Maureen is in bed.
