4:30 pm: Bowl tie pasta with broccoli and chicken

8 oz of water with lemon

5:10 am: Administered 1 tab of 500mg Ciprofloxacin (crushed) with apple sauce.

5:40 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

6:25 pm: Maureen is in bed.
