4:00 pm : Maureen was resting in the living room and watching TV

I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:30 pm: changed Maureen in the bedroom - diaper was medium wet, applied Cavilon lotion.

5:45 pm: dinner prepared by Carolyn: chicken, wild rice casserole.

Tommy visited Maureen.

Maureen coughed few times during the dinner.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:40 pm : 20 ml Robitussin,

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Dry diaper.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two green wedge pillows and whit small pillow between legs

7:30 pm: asleep
