January 10, 2023, Swing Shift

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5:00 pm: nebulizer: saline solution and Albuterol

5:30 pm: 20 ml Robafen

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet, small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion

6:15 pm : dinner: Mac, Ham, Broccoli Casserole prepared by Carolyn :)

On the begining she was eating very well. At the sixth spoonfull, she fell asleep. Very dip. We tried to wake her up but she was very tired and did’nt even open her eyes. We decided to finish dinner and brush her teeth.

After brushing her teeth, Maureen opened her eyes. We gave her 12,5 ml Vimpat ( at 6:40 pm)

We cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 78

7:30 pm : asleep.
