Thursday July 9.2026 Daytime Update.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab, showing some signs of pain.

Coughing with  phlegm once suction once.

We check the right foot red spot is there very light no swollen. Applied Triamcilone cream 0.1%

9:40AM- check VS

97.7- temp.

9:45AM- Diaper was heavy wet with Large  VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs.

10:00AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine and Tylenol 500mg Tab all with purée pear.

she drink 6oz of thickened cold water.

10:20AM-Check BP 118/80

10:25AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. We washed and dry Maureen’s left breast using ( skintegrity and gauze sponges)

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:00AM-Giving her neb treatment with Albuterol.

11:10AM- Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly and kiwi finished 6oz of thickened prune juice Maureen finished her food. Coughed3x with phlegm and sneezing, suction3x

11:45AM- Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with purée pear.

12:15PM- Oral care, facial and hand care routine.

12:20PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:25PM- Maureen is awake, we try to feed her soup and try to give her thickened sparkling water but she ate very small then she refused already by not swallowing it. She keeps Coughed3x and a lot of phlegm and sneezing , we suction3x .

2:15PM- We transferred her to the bedroom, diaper was dry . We position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry , We dressed Maureen  and move to the front room.

3:45PM- she had 2oz  of thickened sparkling water.

4:00PM- giving her 2nd Neb treatment with Albuterol.

4:15PM-checked diaper, was dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - purée Lasagna . Maureen finished her food and She finished 8oz  thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:25PM- Administer 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

A lot of sneezing and cough due to phlegm a lot of Suction .

5:45PM- Oral care.

6:00PM- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry , has  Lay VD brownish/blood odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We washed Maureen’s left breast ( skintegrity and gauze sponges) Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her right foot is still showing some light redness . Position to face the left side.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

Note: Maureen didn’t drink liquids that much because she keep Coughing and sneezing.
