• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side. As per Tom, O2 reading was 87 around 6:30 am, nasal O2 is on since bringing it up O2 to low 90s immediately.

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 94

• 8:30am Maureen recently woke calmly and is now receptive to sips of water via swab.

• 9:00am Maureen is asleep.

• 9:15am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed and proceeded with a saline and albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:35am Administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with pear sauce.

• 9:37am Marianne and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:00am Administered 10oz Loratadine with pear sauce.

• 10:02am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, soft scrambled egg with pear, 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used once.

• No MiraLAX administered

• Maureen sounds still congested this morning, however, she ate well her breakfast and had no problem drinking liquid. 🙏

• 10:35am Oral care.

• 10:45am Facial routine performed.

• 11:00am Blood pressure: 100/56, P: 89, O2: 94.

• She coughed a few times in between and was able to release some phlegm with the help of the suction pump..

• 11:55am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first restring break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side. Nasal O2 is on.

• Carolyn, Brian, Catty and Maggie are here for lunch with Maureen on her special day.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen for lunch.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Sea bass with pasta, 4oz root beer 🍺 and Birthday Cake ! Maureen coughed four times, suction pump used.

• 2:05pm Oral care.

• 2:15pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm

  Pulse: 68

  O2: 94

• Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge; dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:48pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 2oz ginger tea.
