• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching game shows.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 120/79, P 77.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Baked salmon, Brussels sprouts and 1/2 cup of iced ginger tea.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a very heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Washed her face and hands - applied Cetaphil cream to extremities and face. wiped clean, using a damp towel, her bellybutton.

• 7:00pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.6, Pulse: 68, O2: 98.
