• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs, half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:20pm Administered 1-50mg Senna plus with apple sauce.

• Evening Senna dosage:

• 1-50mg

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with some yellowing vaginal discharge, then tap/clean redness area by the vagina with a cold damp washcloth and dry, applied nystatin, applied Cavilon barrier cream to button and inner thighs area. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.6, Pulse: 72, O2: 99.
