• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show while finishing her fruit snack.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 104/61.

  Pulse: 71

  O2: 96

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Pasta-chicken carbonara and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 95.3

   Pulse: 63

   O2: 96

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
