Friday, Sept. 20, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, lying on her left side.

8:15AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:25AM - We gave Maureen a full bed body bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with very light clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen for breakfast and to wait for Deanna to come for the hair appt.

8:45AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, Activia, pancake and sips of coffee. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

9:15AM - Administered 2 tab 50mg of Senna S (crushed) with yogurt and 10mg of Loratadine.

**Deanna arrived. Colored Maureen's hair while she was eating her breakfast.

9:40AM - Maureen's hair freshly colored, trimmed and washed.

9:55AM - Oral care.

Followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen comfortably sitting on her geri chair - reclined one notch for her comfort, looking sleepy but stayed awake.

11:00AM - Transferred Maureen to her bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face her right side.

12:00 - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still dry, with light vaginal discharge. Light redness around the vaginal skin. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Dressed and proceed to the kitchen.

12:10PM - Lunch was shrimp salad, ice cream sandwich for dessert and a cup of cranberry juice. Maureen enjoyed lunch and ate very well. Multiple coughs and sneezes.

1:00PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her chair, arms relaxed. Awake.

2:25PM - BP: 110/62, P: 79 bpm

She had a cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - Time for 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, redness on the surrounding vaginal opening is still red. We clean using tepid water/dried and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break done. Diaper was medium wet, skin on vaginal opening getting more red than previous. Cleaned and changed Maureen. Dressed and transferree to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had half cup of lemon water.
