• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 101/60.

  Pulse: 68

  O2: 96

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Salmon with mashed potato and Brussels sprouts, and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed four times, sneezed twice and her nose was runny during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

   Pulse: 76

   O2: 94

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
